- Define and lead the vision strategy and roadmap for Business Analysis aligned with business goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation via analysis and industry trends.
- Build and mentor a high-performing BA team; set roles expectations and provide coaching.
- Lead transformation projects end-to-end collaborating with senior stakeholders.
- Guide critical analysis efforts and ensure quality documentation.
- Communicate effectively with all levels; facilitate workshops and decisions.
- Establish KPIs monitor impact and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
- 15 years of progressive experience in business analysis with a significant portion of that experience leading business transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of Business Analysts.
- Deep understanding of business analysis methodologies frameworks and tools (e.g. Agile Waterfall BPMN UML).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively elicit document and manage business requirements across complex projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex business transformation projects with measurable results.
- Experience working with mention relevant industry or technologies if applicable.
- Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
