The Organization is a well established Indian multinational conglomerate the position is for their financial services/Broking domain.
Job Purpose: To be responsible to nurture relationships with Corporates- both Group and Non-Group in order to have trade volumes and increased revenue generation.
KRAs:
To maximize the captive broking business from Group companies:
- To align dealing team and research team with Group Institutional clients & help them with superior execution.
To get new empanelment from various other Institutional Clients which includes Mutual funds Banks Insurance companies Public sector Financial Institutions etc. and service Non-group clients:
- To identify the potential Institutional client and start to engage & make detailed presentations highlighting the differentiated value proposition offered new product and research ideas etc.
- To ensure strong client servicing and engagement with Non-group client by allocating focused dealing support to enhance credibility and deliver a value proposition superior than peers.
To Maintain and enhance relations with the Institutional clients.
- To engage with clients using research reports new ideas on a periodic basis.
- To organize company visits / meetings with clients for developing stronger relationships and expressing business commitment.
To reactivate dormant Institutions.
- To engage and revive inactive/dormant Institutions with order flow/brokerage.
- To continuously interact with the institutions with Research reports new ideas and offerings.
To ensure adherence to Deal Desk process Regulatory Norms lead by Exchanges/ Regulators/ Auditors
- To comply with the Deal Desk process fully Regulatory requirements risk and surveillance.
- To ensure efficient and prompt management of orders execution of transactions and reporting of trades.
Requirements
Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate with 10 to 12 years or experience in Institutional dealing and sales
Industry: Only Indian Broking Firms
Age Range: upto the age of 43 max
