Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (HTML and CSS) to join our team.
Responsibilties:
- Architect scalable maintainable and modern frontend systems in React.
- Build and roll out a design system using tokens reusable components and clear documentation.
- Lead the frontend implementation of Embedded Analytics a greenfield initiative showcasing your vision for scalable UI.
- Create onboarding documentation and promote best practices across the team.
- Mentor engineers and guide frontend quality standards (testing performance accessibility).
- Partner with design and product to translate ideas into production-ready experiences.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in modern frontend development (React HTML/CSS JavaScript).
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale frontend systems and reusable component libraries.
- Deep understanding of architecture patterns state management and performance tuning.
- Strong communication and mentoring skills.
- A bias for action and ownership you identify problems and drive solutions proactively.
- Deep experience building and scaling production applications using Tailwind CSS.
- You should be fluent in utility-first design principles responsive layout strategies and semantic accessible HTML.
- You ve implemented or contributed to Tailwind-based component libraries and enforced consistency across large codebases.
