Job Description
We re looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead the performance and strategy of a diverse real estate portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on value creation operational oversight and execution across assets including retail office industrial and residential.
The Role:
- Drive asset-level business plans to enhance value and returns
- Oversee leasing capex and third-party partners
- Monitor financial performance and KPIs
- Prepare reporting valuations and hold/sell analyses
- Support restructuring and special situations as needed
Requirements:
- 5 10 years experience in real estate asset management or investments
- Strong modeling and analytical skills (Excel Argus)
- Proven ability to manage external partners
- Experience with value-add or opportunistic assets a plus
- Comfortable with complexity and fast-paced environments
