- Lead and supervise front desk and clinical support staff
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling patient flow and billing oversight
- Ensure compliance with company policies HIPAA regulations and OSHA standards
- Serve as the point of contact for patient concerns or escalations
- Oversee onboarding and training of new staff members
- Monitor inventory and manage supply ordering within budget
- Coordinate with providers and corporate support teams
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Foster a professional courteous and team-oriented culture
Qualifications :
- 2 years of medical office or clinic management experience (dermatology or specialty preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving multitasking and organizational abilities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) scheduling software and insurance workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology is a plus
