This position plays a crucial role in planning executing and optimizing retail-focused marketing campaigns to support product launches in-store promotions and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and sales targets
Coordinate in-store promotions events and visual merchandising efforts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing consistency across all channels
Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust strategies
Create compelling product messaging and retail displays to drive foot traffic and sales
Track and report the performance of campaigns and promotional activities
Assist in managing budgets and timelines for marketing projects
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
2 years of experience in retail marketing or a similar role
Strong understanding of consumer behavior and retail sales strategies
Excellent organizational communication and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools
Experience working with vendors and managing marketing materials is a plus
