Job Description
As an HR Business Partner youll play a role in driving the success of Wix and the growth of our people partnering with leaders to foster an innovative people-centric culture where both our employees and business can thrive. Youll be a strategic advisor a coach and a proactive partner in all aspects of HR.
In your day-to-day you will:
- Be a trusted advisor and proactive partner understand our business influence positive change to meet business objectives and participate in implementing managerial and people-related strategies
- Coach and guide leaders on employee relations recruitment growth and development wellbeing change management and other areas of HR
- Identify people trends within the business and collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to design and implement people-focused strategies and solutions
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across the globe
- Participate in the final stages of the recruitment process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
- Champion and embed the Wix culture and values throughout the employee journey from onboarding to career development
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as an HR Partner in a dynamic multicultural tech environment
- Proven ability to build trust influence senior leaders and their teams and manage stakeholders effectively demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and confidence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to support decision-making
- Proactive agile and open-minded approach with the ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Genuine passion for people and a drive to make a tangible positive impact on the business and the journey of our people
- Ability to use AI to enhance and streamline daily HR work
- Full professional proficiency in English both written and spoken
- Based in Kyiv
