Job Description
- Support the monthly quarterly and annual consolidation process.
- Manage and maintain the OneStream consolidation system including data loads mappings hierarchies and system enhancements. Provide support for users and maintain system protocols in troubleshooting data validation access and reporting issues.
- Coordinate subsidiary finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
- Manage intercompany eliminations foreign currency translations and equity accounting.
- Support external audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX if applicable).
- Develop and maintain consolidation policies procedures and documentation.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the consolidation and reporting functions.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance or related field required
- Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g. SAP Oracle OneStream Hyperion or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
