Responsibilities:
- Lead the full cycle hiring process for global roles with a strong focus on critical and difficult-to-fill external searches with a focus on enterprise software/technical engineering positions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging global market research and talent intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers operations lead and senior leadership to align hiring needs with business objectives.
- Create a positive and engaging recruitment journey ensuring smooth communication and a seamless interview process for candidates.
- Drive inclusive hiring strategies to build a diverse workforce especially within contact center.
- Continuously improve hiring workflows implement best practices and leverage recruitment technologies for efficiency.
- Utilize hiring metrics and recruitment analytics to enhance hiring strategies forecast talent needs and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- 4 experience in end-to-end hiring with a strong track record in IT and contact center recruitment across global markets.
- Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers operational leaders and executives aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
- Proficiency in passive talent sourcing market mapping and competitor intelligence to attract top-tier candidates.
- Strong analytical skills to track hiring metrics optimize recruitment strategies and improve time-to-hire efficiency.
- Experience managing niche hiring across multiple geographies while driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
- Ability to engage influence and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders ensuring smooth recruitment processes and positive candidate experience.
- Experience hiring for contact center technologies like Genesys Avaya NICE Five9 and other cloud-based and on-premises solutions.
