Job Description

You will not do this alone; you will thrive by collaborating closely with our talented technical delivery and pre-sales experts leveraging collective knowledge to design and propose compelling solutions that address real-world problems.

 

In addition to identifying growth opportunities you will skillfully navigate the commercial landscape leading negotiations and ensuring the successful closure of deals that provide mutual benefits. Your role will require you to stay informed about industry shifts and the expanding capabilities within NCS positioning you as a knowledgeable resource both internally and externally. You will act as a crucial advocate for your clients within NCS ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B Account Management Sales or Business Development preferably within IT services or technology consulting.
  • A strong network and understanding of the Adelaide market
  • Strategic Relationship Management: Proven ability to build deep lasting partnerships and act as a trusted strategic advisor particularly within major enterprises and/or government organisations.
  • Consultative Approach: Strong skills in understanding complex client ambitions and challenges acting consultatively to shape technology journeys and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Business Development & Growth Focus: Demonstrated experience in proactively identifying pursuing and securing new business opportunities within existing accounts. A clear track record of driving account growth and discovering new avenues for value creation.
  • Formal Proposal & Response Management: Experience in managing and contributing to the development of high-quality proposals and responses to formal client solicitations (e.g. RFPs RFQs Tenders).
  • Commercial Acumen & Negotiation: Ability to skillfully navigate the commercial landscape lead negotiations effectively and successfully close deals that deliver mutual benefits.
  • Proactive & Entrepreneurial Mindset: An inherent drive to actively seek out opportunities take initiative and contribute directly to expansion goals.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive when collaborating closely with technical delivery pre-sales and bid management experts to propose compelling solutions.
  • Technology Alignment: Aptitude for understanding clients evolving business needs and aligning innovative technology solutions to address them effectively.
  • Client Advocacy: The capability to act as a crucial advocate for clients within NCS ensuring seamless service delivery and fostering high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Industry Awareness: A commitment to staying informed about industry shifts and the evolving capabilities within NCS to act as a knowledgeable resource.
