We are currently seeking a Full-Time Guest Service Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel and provide unforgettable guest experiences.
What Youll Do:
- Deliver warm professional service from check-in to check-out
- Be a trusted source of knowledge for guests offering recommendations on local attractions and experiences
- Handle reservations room allocations and payments with attention to detail
- Respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues with confidence and care
- Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless stay for every guest
HIGA award rate:
- $25.80 per hour (Monday to Friday)
- $32.25 per hour (Saturday)
- $38.70 per hour (Sunday)
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a front office guest service or customer-facing role (hospitality experience preferred)
- A passion for guest satisfaction and delivering high service standards
- Excellent communication presentation and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
- Experience with Opera or similar PMS is an advantage
- Valid working rights in Australia
