Job Description

The Authoring Executive position receives and analyzes inputs and sets up the required information instructions training and/or system settings for the GDA functional teams and the other BUs stakeholders to perform their work in the back office/field/factory.

Responsibilities

Creates/Maintains Work Orders/JOs which contain the (internal/external) client requirements and ensures the specifications are correctly captured.
Review the timelines Questionnaire/Feasibility template with CS PDE DCI DA and other stakeholders and coordinate with the field teams for RRES type of surveys.
Create a survey/study link (authoring) including a QCT alert setup.
Testing the link to check completeness before sending out to stakeholders for further testing.
Support in testing and validation activities to confirm the requirements are successfully met.
Ensure SLAs & Quality parameters (PDRs and QEs) are aligned with the global standards.
Coordination with Business teams till the survey is live in field.
Create prepare and upload preloading planning and survey access files based on the information provided (During testing and for live surveys).
Create and maintain internal tracking files.
Ensure that there are no Pre Delivery Rework or Quality Escape.
Ensure that the defined SLAs and timeline commitments are met.
Define and modify SOPs as per requirements on time to time basis.
Create Field Briefing Material for each new study for the field teams.
Follow up with the Tech team on issues within the DCT and NIV module/application.
End to End follow-up until a solution is applied and the issue is resolved.
Conduct training sessions for the field teams (auditors and/or QCTEs) for each new survey.
Communicate to the field teams whenever the survey is made live. Provide field briefing material description and other required information to them.
Training or process knowledge transfer in case the business needs to understand DCT/NIV process.
Any new development verification process to confirm the developed part is working fine.
Back-office support for data collection on the field working closely with the Data Acquisition (DA) team.
Communicates when UI issues appear that do not allow the processes to continue properly and gives follow-up to them by raising and chasing tickets until a solution is applied and the problems are resolved.


Qualifications :

  • Total experience: 2 years
  • Higher University education (Engineering Business Marketing IT Operations Management)
  • Upper Intermediate English level (written and oral) & local language (depends on the region)
  • Proactive dynamic and organized able to work independently efficiently and effectively.
  • Detail oriented and excellent concentration ability.
  • Sense of urgency and activities prioritization.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Strong networking skills - ability to work in a cross-functional environment with several interacting teams and also remotely.
  • Basic Programming knowledge: (e.g. SQL Java script macros; any other language).
  • Basic understanding of using mobile application communication between backend and frontend able to validate or test data etc (nice to have applicable for internal candidates only).
  • Having basic testing knowledge to validate survey end to end.
