Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Security Manager to oversee the safety and security of our guests employees and property. As a Saudi National you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment aligned with our luxury hospitality standards. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that security protocols are effective staff are well-trained and risks are managed proactively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily security operations to ensure a safe environment for guests employees and assets.
Develop implement and enforce security policies and procedures in line with company standards and local regulations.
Lead supervise and train the security team to maintain high vigilance and professionalism.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety measures.
Coordinate with local law enforcement emergency services and internal departments during incidents or emergencies.
Monitor security systems such as surveillance cameras alarms and access controls to maintain operational efficiency.
Manage incident reporting and investigation ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company code of ethics.
Collaborate with the leadership team to balance security needs with guest experience ensuring minimal disruption.
Stay updated on industry trends security technologies and regulatory changes to continuously enhance security measures.
Qualifications :
Saudi National with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality and guest safety.
Minimum 5 years of experience in security management with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel environments preferred.
Excellent knowledge of security protocols emergency response and crisis management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a security team.
Strong communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of Saudi local laws and regulations related to security.
