Job Description
Responsible for finished goods planning to meet customer requirements through effective use of customer planning tools and SAP system. This includes scheduling shipments and production activities. Accountable for preventing production disruptions and shortages by maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing obsolete and bad stock. Acts as a key point of contact for customers ensuring timely service and communication to support demand for existing and new products. Strives to reduce transportation costs and supports plant and business unit goals through adherence to KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer demand. Manage all necessary resources to meet customer demand accurately and on schedule. Responsibilities include tracking requirements and maintaining daily/weekly production schedules to prevent shortages and downtime.
- Cross-functional coordination & collaboration to all departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Define and implement improvement projects in planning area
- Identify and realize inventory reduction potentials
- Plan schedule coordinate and/or monitor the movement of all ECR material through implementation.
- Plan schedule coordinate and/or monitor new customers new programs and new parts introduction to ensure a proper product life cycle management
- Comply with 5s BPS HSE HRL and QMM company policies.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications :
- Professional degree (Engineering or Business Administration)
- Intermediate english
- Experience in similar position
- Experience in RM planning
- Result orientation
- 3 years of experience in similar position
