Job Description

Bonding Team Lead

As aBondingTeam Leadwill be expected to work on multiple projects at the same time. Up to 20% travel to customer and supplier sites. Serve as the bonding adhesives expert in final assembly.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5 to 10 bonding employees accomplish schedule quality and budget performance goals
  • Track quality performance i.e. minimize HP issues and limit Stadler caused NCRs to less than 20% annualized of total
  • Schedule work to maximize productivity of team members limit downtime caused by missing parts collaborate with other Team Leads to keep team members productive i.e. no lost work due to HP issues complete tasks in time for other teams to continue work per schedule
  • Develop Foreman into leaders
  • Take responsibility for team shortcomings
  • Hire/fire/develop team members in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following Stadlers safety procedures at all times
Qualifications
  • At least one year of leadership experience (foreman or above)
  • European Adhesive Bonding Certificate (EAB)
  • Willingness to pursue European Adhesive Specialist Certificate (EAS) within 12 months
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to adapt to new situations and challenges
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to safety and quality standards
