- Lead and mentor the payroll and benefits managers while owning overall strategy and execution for both functions
- Identify and implement process improvements across payroll and benefits using data and technology to increase automation and efficiency
- Become the go-to expert on the companys HRIS tools and workflows optimizing usage and uncovering new capabilities
- Roll up your sleeves and jump in where neededwhether its processing weekly payroll enrolling new employees in benefit plans or supporting your team through busy periods youll lead by example and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
