Parallel Employment is looking for skilled Plastic Injection Mold Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates should have experience in setting up and operating plastic injection molding machines while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. You will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process contributing to the production of high-quality plastic products. Eagerly hiring for 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Pay rate starts at $16.50 pay differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts!
Responsibilities
Set up and operate injection molding machines
Monitor the production process and adjust machines as necessary
Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Perform routine maintenance on machines
Follow safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as an injection mold operator or similar role
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Must have reliable transportation
