Job Description
Full-Time Schedule (40 hours/week): Monday-Friday 10:15a-7:15p (will transition to schedule after successful completion of training Monday-Friday 8a-5p)
Location: Salmon Creek - 2525 NE 139th Street - Vancouver WA 98686
Compensation: hiring range starts at $18.00 per hour and placement on the range depends on an evaluation of experience
Differentials: Evening (after 5:30p $3.00/hour)

Position Details:
Welcome and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
Collect co-pay and verify insurance
Deliver outstanding customer service while multitasking in a fast-paced front desk environment

Works well independently and as part of a team
Must have excellent attendance! Consistent dependable and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality compassionate care. We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
Experience with Epic preferred.
Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
Pay Range:

Benefits-eligible employees accrue PTO and Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked totaling 120 hours in the first year for full time staff and 200 hours in the first year for full time supervisors and above increasing in subsequent years. PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
