Job Description

Regional Sales Manager - Cardio - New England -


Our Client offers a unique portfolio of novel technologies designed to deliver better insights and better outcomes. On any given day clinicians utilize these products for tens of thousands of cardiac patients around the world.


Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager in Cardiology for New England would be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives driving sales growth and building relationships within the cardiology field in that specific region. This role often involves achieving sales targets developing and executing sales strategies and providing clinical and technical support to customers


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quarterly business plans which achieve procedure sales and disposable sales revenue targets within the assigned geographical territory.
  • Maintain a detailed frequently updated and strategic business plan for the territory and assist the Account
  • Management team with developing managing and driving their own detailed territory Business Plan.
  • Responsible for recruiting coaching and performance monitoring of all direct reports.
  • Build and promote strong long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the team and customers
  • Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
  • Communicate at a high level and share sales successes and winning sales strategies
  • Complete key referral education activities that lead to increased procedure sales.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Looking for a Regional Sales Manager with 3 yrs Hospital management experience in device or Pharm.
  • Must have a track record in managing Reps.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
  • Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and long-lasting connections with partners.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in interpreting data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business shifts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and implement scalable solutions.
  • Passion for driving innovation and improving sales workflows.


Base Salary: $150000.00 (DOE)

Total Compensation: $250000.00 $600/Mo Car Allowance

Locations:Southern Maine Southern New Hampshire Mass is best.

Positions: (1)

Territory Map: Boston Metro

Travel: 10%
