Job Description

Description of the role:

Join our team at James Chevrolet as a New Car Sales Manager. In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team maximizing sales performance and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Manage inventory and monitor market trends to optimize vehicle selection
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Manage a sales team with goals and set expectations
  • Manage website
  • Monthly specials
  • Google reviews
  • Stay up to date on incentives and all other GM programs
  • Manage DealerSocket and follow up

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends
