Outstanding full-time job for a Project Manager with Healthcare or Corporate Experience
Our client is an outstanding residential home for adults living and thriving with disabilities. They are seeking a full-time Project Manager to join their team to help oversee projects for several departments throughout the facility. This is a highly visible role working closely with the C-Suite. Your contributions will be significant to your colleagues team and the residents of this home. This is an on-site role at our clients Flint Mi location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for managing a variety of projects as assigned and developed by senior leadership
- You will be responsible for 360-degree development and execution of the project (from scope planning execution monitoring and post-project wrap-up)
- Develop project plans including schedules resourcing budgeting time-lines and risks/bottlenecks
- You will monitor budgets and timelines ensuring both stay on track and target
- Work closely with stake-holders to maintain clear updates and that all pertinent project information is shared and communicated.
- Troubleshoot and course-correct and issues or bottlenecks
- Track and monitor project progress using Project Management software
- You will be the point person for each project and work with all teams and departments involved to help ensure all information is shared among teams.
- You must have Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management or a related field
- 2-6 years of Project Management experience in a corporate or healthcare industry environment.
- Project Management certifiction (PMP PRINCE2 or Agile)
- Outstanding knowledge with various project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid approach)
- Outstanding leadership skills and experience working with a variety of personalities
- Experience managing 5 projects at once
