Graphic Designer Digital Brand & UX Focus
Location: Bangkok Thailand (On-site or Hybrid)
Experience: 5 years in Graphic / Visual Design

Overview
We are looking for a skilled and visionary Graphic Designer to take the lead in creating visual experiences that elevate user engagement and bring brand strategies to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced tech environment enjoys solving design problems with elegance and understands the balance between creativity and functionality.
As part of a collaborative and growing digital team your work will directly impact global digital products including websites apps and media assets used by clients and users across diverse industries such as fintech blockchain and AI.
What Youll Be Doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business and user requirements
- Translate insights into clear intuitive and visually striking design solutions
- Design mockups layouts typography and interactive elements for digital platforms
- Create and manage digital visual assets illustrations infographics and photo edits
- Maintain and evolve consistent branding across various channels
- Ensure all designs follow accessibility privacy and UX standards
- Work closely with developers and QA to maintain design functionality and fidelity
- Conduct design reviews and implement feedback with a growth mindset
- Regularly audit and iterate on design output to improve user engagement
- Stay ahead of design trends and implement modern design systems
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of hands-on experience in graphic visual or digital design
- Strong understanding of layout color theory and responsive design
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clean user-centered visuals
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or similar tools)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving critique in cross-functional settings
- Growth-oriented mindset: eager to learn and upskill continuously
- Fluent in English with strong communication (written & verbal)
