Key Responsibilities
Data Science & Analytics
- Tackle data science and analytics challenges across Launchpad projects or Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Create or enhance services processes and offerings using state-of-the-art machine learning advanced analytics and artificial intelligence techniques
- Support the Lead Data Scientist in end-to-end delivery of machine learning and data science projects including business communication and requirements gathering
- Take a hands-on role in developing new analytics models to extract insights and deliver business value from data integration and exploration to visualization and interpretation of results
- Embrace a try fast fail fast mindset with a strong appetite for experimentation and continuous learning
- Apply a solid modelling foundation including but not limited to classification clustering recommendation systems deep learning reinforcement learning and natural language processing
- Work closely with data owners to ensure alignment with technical guidelines and guardrails
Regulatory Responsibilities & Risk Management
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess regulatory implications of Launchpad solutions
- Uphold and demonstrate companys values and behaviours including:

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate or early-career professional with a degree in Data Science Computer Science Engineering or a related field (SUTD alumni welcome) OR 1-2 years professional experience
- Solid understanding of data science and machine learning principles with hands-on project or internship experience
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python R or SQL and tools such as Jupyter Tableau or similar
- Strong analytical skills business curiosity and a willingness to learn and experiment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- A growth mindset with attention to detail and accountability
