Experience: 3 Years
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Domestic IT Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and terminologies.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools job portals and social media platforms.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
