Are you passionate about making a difference Were looking for a compassionate and proactive Housing Management Support Worker to join our team and help provide intensive housing management for customers in Temporary Accommodation
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Support a caseload of customers ensuring their housing needs are met.
Assessment & Support: Assess customer needs and risks offering referrals and signposting for additional services.
Property Safety: Ensure properties are safe and suitable for customers.
Agreement Understanding: Help customers understand and adhere to tenancy and licence agreements.
Collaboration: Work with services like Adult Social Care Mental Health Substance Use Support and Housing Teams.
Complaint Resolution: Address breaches of license property damage or anti-social behaviour through appropriate actions like issuing warnings or notices
Income Collection: Assist with income collection and work with housing benefit teams and council departments.

A proactive and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals
Experience in housing or a related field
