The opportunity

Join an award-winning organisation recognised for providing high quality healthcare services to their clients. We currently have a rare opportunity for a self-motivated applications specialist with a pathology background to join the team to support a high-profile implementation.

This role will be responsible for leading the analysis build and integration of multiple systems and applications. Working in a highly collaborative team environment you will enjoy taking on a diverse role with a variety of challenges. You will actas a conduit between various stakeholder groups including IT clinical teams and external vendors leveraging your strong communication and relationship building skills to ensure the ongoing utilisation and improvement of the applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating clinical workflowsprocedures and documentation
  • Providing overall troubleshooting support maintenance and full optimisation of clinical applicationsand supporting systems
  • Providing effective change management and staff engagement
  • Developing and testing reports whilst maintaining test plans and test scripts bug fixes
  • Providing training and support for users during different stages of implementations
  • Assistingin the development of new policies and procedures

What are we looking for

  • Qualified clinical background
  • Previous experience in supporting the implementation of digital applications (mandatory)
  • Strong stakeholder and change management skills
