Supervisor Maintenance Coordinator

What Youll Be Doing
- Lead a skilled teamof Fitters Welders Boilermakers Riggers Scaffolders Painters and more.
- Champion safetyby ensuring all maintenance activities meet the highest standards of compliance and care.
- Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenanceacross mechanical plant and equipment.
- Supervise complex worksincluding pipeline fabrication hydro testing flange jointing and mechanical rebuilds.
- Collaborate with Viva Energy Engineeringto deliver projects on time and to spec.
- Drive quality assurancethrough documentation NDT inspections and work execution packages.
- Mentor and guidetrades teams through technical challenges and project delivery.
What Youll Bring
- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or similar (Boilermaking Welding highly regarded)
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent (desirable)
- Proven experience in maintenance planning scheduling and supervision
- Strong understanding of QA/QC NDT and pipeline fabrication standards (ASME B31.3)
- Experience with permit-to-work systems and WHS compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital job management systems
