Hybrid (Must live in Detroit MI)
$21.00/Hour
Monday-Friday 8:00AM-6:00PM with a start flexible time

About the role
As a member of theteam you will provide support to the client for breach of warranty matters. The support could include locating and compiling documents from various repositories responding to search requests and participating in team meetings.
. To be successful in this role you will have:
Conduct key term searches
Provide customer service
Participate as team player
Demonstrate problem solving abilities & critical thinking skills.
Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written)
Proficient in MS Office products
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi -task
Demonstrate time and task management skills

In addition to base pay this position based on business need may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
