You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailElement has an opportunity for an Entry level Blue Etch Technician (2nd Shift) who will be trained/qualified to set up operate and maintain equipment to perform etch and to interpret evaluate and document the results in accordance with procedures approved by a Level III.
Salary: $20- $25/hr DOE
Establishing daily etch rates using the weight loss method
Masking Parts Racking Parts Chemical Tank Maintenance
General knowledge of all chemical processes performed at EMT
Ability to accurately analyze and interpret test data with the ability to report the test results in a clear and well written manner.
Vision Requirements - Specific vision abilities required include close vision depth perception normal color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Impairments of vision are acceptable if corrected to acceptable levels with appropriate devices (glasses)
High school graduate
Etching metal plating experience a plus
Technician must successfully pass certification exam within the first (6) months in his/her position as required
Work is performed mainly in a non-climate controlled processing environment.
