This role will typically operate under the shift of 8 am to 5 pm Arizona Time. This is a hybrid position that requires working in our Phoenix office (cross-streets Central Ave and Thomas Rd) on Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays. Tuesdays and Fridays may be worked remotely.
Compensation: OTE $120k-$140k
Responsibilities:
Conduct 50 outbound cold calls daily to targeted prospects with the goal of booking qualified appointments
Present and pitch our data solutions to prospects via video calls clearly articulating value and handling objections with confidence
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals while consistently meeting or exceeding activity and revenue targetsFollow a proven sales process and script with discipline while continuously improving based on coaching and performance metrics
Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in our CRM ensuring follow-ups and opportunities are tracked and advanced systematically
Master our objection handling tools to give yourself the best opportunity possible to communicate value to property owners
Requirements:
Bachelors degree preferred or a track record for incredible sales performance that we can validate
2 years of inside sales experience (B2B) and a track record for consistently surpassing revenue targets preferred
Eager to learn capable of learning new sales systems willing to utilize scripts on sales calls and receptive to coaching
Experience using CRMs and web-based applications (including but not limited to G-Suite Aircall and Front)
Clear and precise communication on the phone; organized and disciplined off the phone
Someone who is competitively driven by both individual and team-oriented goals and relentless in working the phone to get deals done
