Unify Consulting is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our recruiting strategy operations and team across four geographic markets. Reporting to the Vice President the Director will play a critical role in shaping the future of Unifys workforce by driving excellence across the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
This individual will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to build scalable processes foster a high-performing team and position Unify as an employer of choice in the competitive management consulting market. The Director will collaborate closely with senior business leaders People team peers and external partners to deliver high-caliber consulting talent aligned with Unifys growth goals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Operational Excellence
Lead the development and execution of national Talent Acquisition strategies that align with Unifys growth plans.
Evaluate and optimize current TA processes for consistency scalability and efficiency across regions.
Partner with People and business leaders to align talent plans with workforce needs and market conditions.
Team Development & Coaching
Lead and develop a national team of recruiters sourcers and coordinators.
Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide coaching mentorship and performance management to build a high-impact TA function.
Talent Strategy & Execution
Own end-to-end recruitment strategy including executive recruiting critical consulting roles and support functions.
Oversee recruiting operations including candidate experience interview processes assessments and offer management.
Manage and optimize partnerships with external vendors including search firms and technology providers (e.g. ATS).
Brand & Candidate Experience
Enhance Unifys employment brand through creative sourcing strategies content and candidate engagement.
Drive consistency and quality in the candidate journey with a focus on white-glove service and brand alignment.
Metrics & Reporting
Build and track KPIs to measure recruiting performance pipeline health and process effectiveness.
Use data to inform decision-making forecast hiring needs and provide insights to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources with 3 years in a leadership role managing recruitment teams.
Experience recruiting in or for management consulting professional services or similarly high-caliber talent environments.
Demonstrated success building and scaling recruiting functions and processes.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted partnerships.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to develop and interpret TA metrics and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
$125000 - $175000 an hour
Compensation dependent on the candidates skills qualifications and experience. Eligible for base & quarterly bonus.
