Overview
Servers at Alpha Brewing are responsible for delivering a high-quality personable dining experience. Youll guide guests through our menu and beverage offerings upsell local brews and ensure tables are taken care of from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and promptly
Know the full food and drink menu including pairings and allergens
Upsell craft beers cocktails and chef specials
Use the 3-Touch Rule: greet mid-meal check-in and pre-close
Maintain clean and stocked tables
Process payments accurately and efficiently
Communicate guest needs with the kitchen and bar
Requirements
Strong communication and hospitality skills
Prior service experience preferred but not required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic attitude and team player
