Job Description
The banquet bartender will be responsible for providing efficient friendly service for functions in the banquets department of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
- Familiarity with wines beers and cocktails that may be served for banquet events as well as the stemware and appropriate garnishes used.
- Follow procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartenders manual.
- Keep bar stocked and clean. Follow side work sheet.
- Ensure the consistency in the presentation and recipes of all cocktails outlines on Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
- Be familiar with and enforce all policies related to liquor liability laws.
- Have excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work days nights weekends and holidays.
- Two years bartending experience.
- Some wine knowledge.
- Pleasant personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
