Join Fortunas team as a full-time Bilingual Spanish Medicare/Medicaid call center agent working remotely from the comfort of your home. We are searching for seasoned high-volume call center professionals with at least six months of experience in call center operations. Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento California. Proficiency in Office 365 handling a fast-paced high-volume of calls and multitasking ability are essential for success in this role. Well provide the necessary home office technology equipment and comprehensive paid training to ensure your success in this role.
This position starts on July 21st 2025 and will have a 4-week paid training program. You must drive to the facility in Roseville to pick up your office equipment.
WORKSITE: Remote- must reside within a 50-mile radius of Roseville CA
WORK HOURS: Monday-Friday
COMPENSATION: $18.50 per hour
