Were looking for an amazing IT Product Manager to fill this role. Youll be responsible for the roadmap for CRM Applications and Marketing Technology like Siebel Salesforce CDP ESP and Marketing Automation platforms. Develop and refine strategy to improve productivity and end user experience. Work closely with Call Center marketing IT and Data Engineering teams to align on CRM and Martech strategies. Partner with business partners to determine project viability business benefit scope definition. Development QA and UAT coordination with other IT and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
- Process Mapping
- Create and maintain CRM and Marketing Technology roadmap.
- Capture business feedback and conduct market research to create business cases recommend feature updates and new solutions/applications.
- Closely work with BA/scrum master to follow teams development methodology to refine backlog by working with business product owners and team members; facilitate release planning; assist with dependency management and cross team coordinator.
- Create and manage documentation of features and critical functionalities.
- Project Management
- Define and monitor KPIs like revenue improvements cost savings productivity and end user engagement.
- Coordinates testing with QA team and the application user for projects.
- Create Project plans and status reports identify risks and provide regular updates to IT leadership.
- Implementation/Development
- Development QA and UAT coordination with other IT and delivery teams.
- Mockup feature designs and help create POCs prioritization collaboration with project stakeholders and technical teams to define scope and deliverables.
- User Experience Design
- Collaborate with the design team to create the most intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Participates in design reviews and provides suggestions to improve usability adoption and customer value for guest experience applications.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Analyst specializing in CRM products with a proven track record in software development projects and delivering business systems solutions in an enterprise IT environment.
- Experience with designing and launching customer-facing products or services in an agile environment.
- Experience in leveraging JIRA Confluence or other tools to provide metrics and reports for measuring product/project success. Strong understanding of project management principles related to resource allocation and timelines.
- Demonstrated ability to understand technology concepts and implications manage trade-offs and evaluate new opportunities.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret data identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices including continuous integration delivery and deployment.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for systems implementation testing and risk management.
- Anticipate bottlenecks provide escalation management anticipate and make trade-offs and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects.
- Drive effective teamwork communication collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
This position follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.

- Base Salary Range: $105600 to $142500. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
