Job Description

Description of Service Opportunity:

Our Student Data Manager is moving to another state. CPS will need expertise in the State Reporting process Aspen specific configurations scheduling (elementary schools as required for time on learning breakdowns for the state) and other summer tasks that are crucial to configure and/or report for us to be ready for our students in the fall.

MinimumRequirements:

5 years of Aspen experience in a mid-size public school DESE State reporting (SIMS EPIMS SCS SSDR) District school classroom and teacher level configurations and schedulingboth direct and full (the elementary schools as required for time on learning requirements from the DESE EPIMS) assistance with Secondary schools).

Length of Contract:

July 1 2025 through September 26 2025

Contract Amount:

Not exceed $3000.00

Please note that your hourly rate is dependent upon your collective bargaining agreement or individual hourly rate. If you are a non-exemptemployee and have worked more than 40 hours a week you will be paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40 hours.
