Job Description
Description of the Role:
As an Accounting Clerkyou will be responsible for accurately preparing/reconciling schedules and processing car deal accounting .
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling Accounting Schedules
- Process accounting entries related to retail and wholesale car deals
- Process lien payoff checks and tracking titles
- Assist in processing license & title work (Illinois & Indiana experience preferred)
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive dealership billing / accounting / license & title
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced setting
