Automotive Service Manager (Bench Role) Roscoe/Rockford IL District
GreatWater 360 Auto Care is growing fastand were looking for a solid Automotive Service Manager with a great attitude to join our team in a unique Bench Role. This position is designed to support multiple shops within the district while preparing you to take over your own location within a few months.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $55000 $68000
- Incentives: Monthly & Quarterly Performance Bonuses

What Youll Do
- Support multiple shops in the Roscoe/Rockford IL area
- Lead and motivate shop teams
- Manage daily operations and ensure high service standards
- Build lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Drive shop performance and manage P&L
- Train coach and develop team members
What Were Looking For
- 2 years of automotive shop management experience
- 1 year in a service advisor or sales role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license with a clean MVR
- Proven leadership and performance management experience
- Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills
- A self-aware servant leader who leads by example

This is a district-based role supporting shops in Roscoe/Rockford IL.
