In this position..

You will drive transformation through structured change management ensuring successful adoption of new processes systems and technologies across the organization. Specifically you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance supply chain performance resilience and agility. This role is responsible for managing complex end-to-end supply chain programs that span procurement logistics manufacturing and planning. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the automotive sector a strong understanding of tiered supplier networks and the ability to lead through change in a fast-paced global environment.

What youll do

• Lead the planning execution and delivery of integrated supply chain programs aligned with business goals timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across procurement logistics manufacturing engineering IT and finance to ensure seamless program execution.
• Develop and manage program roadmaps schedules KPIs risk mitigation strategies and stakeholder communication plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain efficiency reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Champion change management by designing and implementing strategies that support stakeholder engagement training and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Act as a change agent to foster a culture of agility innovation and accountability across the supply chain organization.
• Lead digital transformation efforts including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) enhancements supply chain visibility tools automation and data analytics.
• Monitor supplier performance and collaborate with sourcing teams to ensure quality continuity and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress risks and strategic opportunities.
• Support activities that contribute to the MP&L Global Industrial System transformation (Tech Modernization Daily Management Strategy Deployment All-hands/Townhalls Materials Excellence Academy).

Youll have...

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field
• 3 Years of Experience

Even better you may have...

• Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management Engineering Business Administration or a related field is a plus
• Strong understanding of MP&L systems (e.g. SAP S4 HANA E2Open)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile)
• Strong understanding of MP&L Processes including parts follow up processes
• MP&L Plant Operations Experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Tableau Power BI)
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced changing environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles including S&OP procurement logistics and inventory management
