Job Description
Working in the Office of the CEO and reporting to the VP of Strategic Initiatives the Strategy Associate will support high-priority transformation initiatives to aid in Aledades performance and growth. This role will initially focus on scaling and diversifying the delivery of value-based care insights into partner practice EHR workflows which is Aledades priority transformation initiative in 2025. The team member will support projects spanning analytics tool deployment practice adoption impact evaluation and operations. The team member will serve as a partner for internal business intelligence field and practice engagement teams. Finally as a member of the Office of the CEO the hire will have opportunities to contribute to Aledades broader transformation efforts in service of Aledades mission to do more good for patients practices and society.
Primary Duties:
- Research analyze report on and inform Aledades EHR workflow efforts including deployment adoption efficacy and impact and future direction
- Support sophisticated and rigorous data analysis that informs decision making on high priority items in Aledades strategy and transformation portfolios partnering with Aledades Business Intelligence and Impact Analytics teams
- Build & coordinate project plans deliverables and communication across multiple stakeholders for special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree required preferably in Economics Business Healthcare or a related field
- 2 years of professional experience or relevant graduate degree required with experience in healthcare strategy / operations consulting strongly preferred
Preferred KSAs:
- Masters Degree and/or 4 YoE strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills strongly preferred including the ability to work with large complex & often incomplete data sets; conduct one-off complex analyses quickly; and utilize Index / Match XLOOKUP FILTER and other advanced formulas
- Familiarity with value-based care population health and primary care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization capabilities & project management skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Interviews will assess fundamental business analyst toolkit including abilities to independently prioritize solve problems via hypothesis-driven analytical methods execute with attention to detail and overcome ambiguity
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
The base salary/wage range for this position is: $69200 $89900 USD annually
This range represents the expected base pay for the role across all U.S. locations based on market data and internal offers a competitive total rewards package which includes a company bonus equity 401k match healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.A full review of our total rewards package will be discussed at the offer stage with the selected candidate.
