CoStar Realty Information Inc. seeks a Senior Data Scientist to understand challenges develop cases capture requirements and drive business solutions. Process and perform exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured data. Predict outcomes and behaviors using modeling techniques and statistical analysis. Collaborate with others to design data collection database management analysis of data and creation of reports and dashboards. Design implement and evaluate A/B Tests and Multivariate tests. Review projects models and code. #LI-DNI
Position requires a Masters Degree in Computer Science Business Analytics Data Analytics Data Science Machine Learning or a related field and 1 year of experience with data analysis and machine learning. Experience must include at minimum: 1 year of experience with SQL including writing complex queries and building out reporting; 1 year of experience with Python and R; 1 year of experience with supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques and algorithms including Clustering Topic Modeling K-Means Nave Bayes SVM Decision Forests and Neural Networks; 1 year of experience with statistics including distribution analysis probability theory statistical testing and regression modeling; 1 year of experience with toolkits including Jupyter Notebooks Numpy Pandas Scikit-learn MatplotLib Seaborn and NLTK; and 1 year of experience with designing running and analyzing experiments including A/B tests and Multivariate tests.
