Are you a motivated detail-oriented individual looking to kickstart your career in IT functional support Join our team as a Junior Order Management Support Intern and gain hands-on experience with Oracle Applications and order management processes in a dynamic and supportive environment.

As a Junior Order Management Support Intern you will work closely with our Oracle team to provide support across various business processes. Youll assist with issue resolution system testing documentation and day-to-day support tasks in Oracles Order Management and Shipping modules.

This internship is based in Cluj-Napoca Romania.

We provide a flexible working schedule with the option of working hybrid.

This internship is limited to 6 months.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Providing subject matter expertise in the Oracle Order Management Suite of modules OM and Shipping.
  • Offering end-user support for all Oracle Order Management modules including proper resolution of support tickets through research testing and solution implementation for incidents.
  • Managing application configuration maintenance and instance validation.
  • Understanding current business requirements and processes and leveraging this knowledge to support the end-user community.
  • Developing and maintaining process flows test scripts and training documentation related to the Oracle Order Management modules.
  • Building and maintaining the Oracle Support SharePoint by updating the knowledge base with all relevant documentation including configuration sheets process flows test scripts training materials and more.
  • Handling any other requests related to day-to-day activities.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • BA degree or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Strong English communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Good practical knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a helpful attitude.
  • Self-motivation attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Initiative to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine motivation to build a career in IT functional support is highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Coursework related to IT business processes or Oracle applications.
  • Basic understanding of order management or supply chain concepts.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP modules or other enterprise software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
