Designation Customer Service Executive

- Work Timings 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Working Days 6 days a week (One weekly off)
- Work Location Bandra West
- SalaryBased on current package and caliber
- Qualification Graduate/Undergraduate

Job Description:
- Interact with customers via calls and WhatsApp to ensure a delightful experience.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Be polite sweet-spoken and courteous in all customer interactions.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Possess a basic sense of color coordination to suggest suitable flower arrangements when necessary.
- Fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Aim to build and maintain a happy and satisfied customer base.
- Contribute to a positive and professional customer service environment.
