About the Role
We are urgently hiring experiencedCarePartners with at least 1 year of NxStage dialysis experienceto overseein-home dialysis sessions. Thisnon-medicalbut hands-on role involves supporting patients through every step of their home dialysis treatmentsensuring safety comfort and emotional support.
Please do not apply if you do not have direct experience operating or assisting with NxStage home dialysis equipment.This is not a training role.
Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment and assist with NxStage dialysis setup
- Provide non-medical support and remain present throughout treatment (3 hours / 5times a week)
- Monitor for and report irregularities to the family and care team
- Coordinate treatment schedules with family or care team when needed
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on NxStage home dialysis experience(not facility-based only)
- Age 18
- Valid Level 2 background check & fingerprinting (per FL AHCA)
- TB test (within the last year)
- Able to safely lift 25 lbs and assist with mobility
- Reliable transportation
- Basic tech literacy (Herewith app SMS communication)
- English fluency (Spanish or Haitian Creole a plus)
- Calm confident and compassionate in home settings
- Experienced with in-home or facility dialysis care
- Strong communicators who keep care teams informed
- Reliable and punctualpatients count on you
- Consistent schedules with repeat clients (up to 5x/week)
