Job Summary
This is how you WOW:
- Optimize technology investments reduce inefficiencies and enhance overall supply chain performance
- Ensures seamless connectivity between ERP WMS TMS and other supply chain technologies.
- Establish systems business growth market demands and digital transformation.
- Oversees the development and modification of logistic systems to ensure solutions align with the supply chain strategy
- Openly communicate with stakeholders to understand document test and support business requirements
- Oversees the development and modification of logistic systems to ensure solutions align with the supply chain strategy
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for logistic systems by identifying operational needs encompassing industry standard best practices
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Develops annual project management capital infrastructure and operating expense budget
- Oversees the curriculum development process to ensure employees are trained on all logistic systems ensuring the training documentation reflects training needs
- Main point of contact for initial triage of email inquiries and to determine the resolution plan in a professional and timely manner
It would be WOW if you would bring this in:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Supply Chain Management Engineering or related field
- A minimum of 4 years experience in informational systems developing strategies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to explain technical problems and offer solutions to those without technological training
