Key duties include:
- Supervising customer service design and customer relations functions
- Participating in customer communications order entry file transfer and pricing
- Working with customers to execute their graphic design requirements and/or file modifications
- Working closely with production functions to ensure smooth order processing
- Ordering materials from vendors as needed
- Supporting production functions as required
Key skills
- Knowledge of Abobe products and InDesign in particular
- Supervisory skills including implementing company processes
- Customer focused
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Energetic with a get it done attitude
- Team player
- Willing to pitch in where ever needed
This is a full-time position with hours of 8:00 to 4:30 (no weekends). It offers a competitive salary great work environment and benefits including paid vacation paid sick days paid holidays and profit sharing.
