Job Description
Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate you will be the first point of contact for our clients delivering a world-class sales experience while guiding customers through the purchase of one of the most prestigious automotive brands in the world. Your expertise attention to detail and dedication to customer service will be key in helping clients find the Lamborghini that best fits their lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all walk-in guests and scheduled clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Understand and communicate Lamborghinis product lineup features and performance benefits
- Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation through closing
- Coordinate vehicle financing and insurance documentation
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and cultivate repeat business
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory market trends and Lamborghini brand initiatives
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Uphold the luxury standard of the Lamborghini brand through personal appearance showroom presentation and client interactions
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of automotive luxury sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanor and high level of integrity
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable
Physical Requirements:
- Visual acuity for distinguishing numerical and alphabetical sequences.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Physical capacity to perform tasks such as twisting lifting pushing pulling turning sitting standing and walking.
- Ability to handle physical strain associated with the job.
- Ability to read write and perform data entry.
- Ability to hear and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Dexterity to operate office equipment such as keyboards calculators phones and copy machines.
- Ability to drive vehicles and move between locations as needed.
- Flexibility to work long hours depending on store demands.
Working Conditions:
- Work is primarily conducted on the showroom floor outdoors on the sales lot and occasionally at off-site locations for community events.
- The role requires long periods of standing walking and interacting with customers.
- Occasional lifting and moving of light to moderate loads.
- Work hours vary depending on dealership needs with potential for long shifts weekends and holidays.
- A fast-paced and customer-facing environment that requires flexibility and responsiveness.
