Corporate Shared Services Talent Mobility Internship

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We are seeking a fall 2025 intern to work in our Talent Mobility Department at our Headquarters located in Plano TX (near Dallas). Willingness and ability to travel if necessary for this position within the United States will be required.

Talent Mobility is looking for self-driven innovative students to join our organization in supporting Toyotas North American Operations with continuous improvement efforts. This role interfaces with various departments throughout the Toyota North American Headquarters. If you have a passion for working with people then we want to hear from you!

Who were looking for

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time accredited Bachelors degree program in Human Resources or a similar technical field
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Have lawful unlimited authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Seeking sophomores and above with a cumulative GPA of 2.7 or higher
  • Must have reliable transportation

What youll be doing

  • Assist Talent Mobility team in developing assignment and relocation packages according to Toyotas policies.
  • Help initiate the assignment or relocation process.
  • Assist in resolving situations involving team members assignments or relocations.
  • Collaborate regularly with third-party suppliers to support team member assignments and relocations.
  • Support team members and suppliers with questions and issues related to policies and regulations.
  • Document unique and/or exceptional requests to policy and work with the Head of Talent Mobility on managing these requests and inquiries.
  • Help assess and recommend improvements to existing business procedures policies or practices that support Talent Mobility operations and processes.
  • Provide updates on mobility activities both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Participate in other projects as needed.
