The Opportunity:
We are seeking full-time Adult/Senior Primary Care Physicians to provide comprehensive medical care to our adult and senior patients. You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment focusing on patient well-being and health outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical care including evaluation diagnosis and management of medical conditions for adult and senior patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Pay:
- Salary range between $250k - $390k depending on experience and location.
Location:
Multiple openings available throughout Northern Central and Southern California.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Board certification or board-eligibility in a relevant specialty.
- Experience working with geriatric populations is highly desirable.
- PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
