What You Will Do:SI Program Sidekick to the Coordinator: Youll be the right hand to the SI Coordinatorhelping run the show keep everything on track and make things happen.
Mentor-in-Chief: Guide support and evaluate our amazing peer leaders and SI staff. Youre their cheerleader coach and performance guru.
Master of Meetings: Collaborate regularly with the SI team and other student success pros across campus. Bring the insights take the action.
Training Trailblazer: Help prepare and update training materials lead sessions for new and returning SI Leaders and make learning leadership-level fun.
Admin Rockstar: Manage program logistics like a proBlackboard Teams shared drives databases youll have it all running smoother than a well-oiled whiteboard marker.
Marketing Maven: Get creative! Develop strategies to promote the SI Program so that students faculty and staff know where to find the best academic boost on campus.
Data Detective: Analyze survey results and stats to evaluate program success. Then use your findings to make SI even better.
Innovation Engine: Help research and implement fresh tech strategies and materials to take our already-awesome SI Program to the next level.

Illinois Residency Requirement:Pursuant to the State Universities Civil Service System out-of-state candidates must establish Illinois residency within 180 calendar days of the start date for this position.
Illinois residency requires proof of a valid Illinois Drivers License or state of Illinois ID Card. Failure to produce the required documentation within 180 calendar days is grounds for immediate separation.
Classification: State Universities Civil Service System Classification Number:5001 SUCSS Classification Title. For more information on Civil Service classifications please visit the State Universities Civil Service System website at: who qualify for preference must provide proof of eligibility within ten (10) working days of submitting an application. The required proof of eligibility includes at a minimum a copy of the veterans DD214/DD215 form (Department of Defense) NGB22 form (National Guard) or Discharge Orders or DD256 Discharge Certificate (Reserves).
